I have defended almost every type of criminal case, including driving under the influence, theft, fraud, three strikes, sex crimes, domestic violence, gang cases and homicides.  I have handled thousands of criminal cases in all stages of proceedings including arraignment, preliminary hearings, and trials. I published articles relating to the ethics of law clerks and private right of action against law enforcement.  

I have obtained jury acquittals on cases carrying life sentences and have reduced cases from prison time to probation sentences and felony cases to misdemeanors.
